My wedding is in November, seven months away. Here are the things that I should do before my wedding to feel in control of the situation.

Personal milestones

1. Lose waist size to 38 inches at least from the current 43.5″
2. Purchase a car that I can take with me to my new home, say, in August/September
3. Take mother and father to Dubai. I don’t think my father will come, and frankly, I primarily want to take my mother, but let’s see. Planning this for August.

Business milestones

1. Take the business to 3 lakh/month, apart from the retainer’s fee that I earn.
2. Build SOPs for the business aspects I wish to outsource, and have 2 long-term interns.
3. To build my L1 and L2 products, which would be the flagship in my product basket.
4. Make my sales pipeline outbound and predictable through lead magnets, lead nurturing, and sales activities like ads, webinars, etc.
